The Victorian Truck Drivers Memorial Service is run by a dedicated group of volunteers, who donate their time and energy to running the annual service. Since its inception, the memorial wall, and the placement of plaques has been at no cost to families.

This has been achieved through the generosity of a number of sponsors and donors, and it is the aim of the VTDM Committee to maintain this approach.
